To give your pet the most informed and effective urgent care possible, we recommend uploading any existing medical records before your visit. This can include recent diagnoses, vaccination history, medications, or past treatments. We also gladly accept record transfers from your primary care veterinarian to help us better understand your pet’s health history.

Our secure upload form accepts PDF and JPEG and allows you to attach records along with your contact information. These records help our veterinarians quickly assess your pet’s health and provide the most appropriate care.
